How Satvik Salaad, operated by Bellaviso HealthTech LLP, delivers the bowls in your subscription.
We deliver within 15 km of our kitchen at GF Shop No. 2, Campus Corner 1, Opp. Prahladnagar Garden, Ahmedabad. The areas we currently serve are listed on the plans page and in the app.
We deliver in fixed slots to keep your food fresh. You can change your slot in advance, but the exact time may vary with traffic and other circumstances we can't control.
Plans change, and you can pause a delivery from the app or your dashboard:
A paused bowl moves to the end of your subscription, which can run at most 15 days past its original end date. Frequent or long pauses disturb our kitchen planning, so they are not permitted.
Your salads are made fresh every day to keep them crisp, nutritious and tasty. Please eat your meal within 2 hours of delivery, especially in summer.
Please keep your phone reachable during your slot. If we can't reach you, our rider follows the delivery notes on your address, such as leaving the meal with security. We always try to deliver fresh and on time; in the rare case of a delay, we'll keep you informed.
